Company Settings

Your company settings control the information that appears on invoices, reports, and all official documents.

Updating Company Information

  1. Go to Settings → Company.
  2. Edit your Business Name, Address, Phone, and Email.
  3. Upload your Logo (PNG or JPG, max 2 MB). It appears on all invoices and documents.
  4. Enter your Tax Registration Number if applicable.
  5. Tap Save Changes.

Financial Year Settings

Set your Financial Year End date. This determines how annual reports and period closings are calculated.

Changing the financial year end after transactions have been recorded may affect historical reports. Contact support before making this change.

Security Settings

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable under Settings → Security → Enable 2FA. Users scan a QR code with an authenticator app.
  • Password Policy: Set minimum length and complexity requirements for all users.
  • Session Timeout: Automatically log out inactive users after a set period.
  • IP Allowlist: Restrict logins to specific IP addresses (Enterprise plan).

Default Currency & Language

Go to Settings → Localisation to set your default currency, date format, and app language. These defaults apply to all new documents but can be overridden per customer.
