User Management

Invite team members, assign roles, and control what each user can see and do.

Inviting a User

  1. Go to Settings → Users → Invite User.
  2. Enter the user's Email Address.
  3. Select a Role (see table below).
  4. Click Send Invitation. The user receives an email with a setup link.

User Roles

OwnerFull access including billing and user management
AdminFull access except billing
AccountantAccounting, invoicing, reports — no settings
SalesCustomers, quotations, invoices — read-only accounting
CashierPOS only
ViewerRead-only access to all modules

Editing or Deactivating a User

Go to Settings → Users, find the user, and tap Edit to change their role or Deactivate to revoke access. Deactivated users cannot log in but their data is preserved.
