Invite team members, assign roles, and control what each user can see and do.

| Owner | Full access including billing and user management |
| Admin | Full access except billing |
| Accountant | Accounting, invoicing, reports — no settings |
| Sales | Customers, quotations, invoices — read-only accounting |
| Cashier | POS only |
| Viewer | Read-only access to all modules |
Go to Settings → Users, find the user, and tap Edit to change their role or Deactivate to revoke access. Deactivated users cannot log in but their data is preserved.
