Creating a Quotation

- Select the Customer from the dropdown (or create a new one inline).
- Set the Expiry Date — how long the quote is valid.
- Add line items: tap + Add Line, choose a product or type a description, set quantity and price.
- Apply a Discount per line or as a total percentage if needed.
- Add Notes or Terms in the footer section.
- Tap Save as Draft or Send to Customer to email the PDF directly.
Once a customer accepts, tap Convert to Invoice on the quotation. All line items carry over automatically.
