Quotations

Send professional price quotes to customers before work begins. Convert accepted quotes to invoices with one click.

Creating a Quotation

  1. Go to Sales → Quotations and tap + New Quotation.
  2. Select the Customer from the dropdown (or create a new one inline).
  3. Set the Expiry Date — how long the quote is valid.
  4. Add line items: tap + Add Line, choose a product or type a description, set quantity and price.
  5. Apply a Discount per line or as a total percentage if needed.
  6. Add Notes or Terms in the footer section.
  7. Tap Save as Draft or Send to Customer to email the PDF directly.
Once a customer accepts, tap Convert to Invoice on the quotation. All line items carry over automatically.

Converting a Quote to an Invoice

  1. Open the accepted quotation.
  2. Tap Convert to Invoice (top right action button).
  3. Review the invoice — adjust dates or quantities if needed.
